No brainer for the M4

I'm not sure what there is to say - this is simply must-do if you're in the market for the M4 Mac mini. It's so quick and easy and quality. Unless you truly can live on 256GB, just skip the Apple tax and get this. You can buy a like-new refurb base model Mini and add this drive, or pay Apple the same price just to bump to 512GB, what? Install is easy and came with all the tools you need, just use the iFixit guide or one of many Youtuber walkthroughs. Don't unplug the cables! My system booted right up after DFU with no complaints and alllllll this room to work.

The perfect 2TB SSD

Disassembling the Mac mini M4 was a little difficult for me. It was especially difficult to remove the power switch connector, and I ended up destroying the power switch. (I recommend not removing the power switch connector.) The 2TB SSD is working perfectly, and I'm happy with it.

Worked as intended at a huge savings on Apple Tax

Pay attention to the steps and maybe not use latest firmware suggested on Video. I had an issue with a brand new firmware that failed but stepped back a version and it totally worked :)

Don't give up and then complain, this is for users that are IT competent!!!

Einwandfreier Funktion der SSD

Die beigelegten Wekzeuge (Schraubendreher) nicht unbedingt gute Qualität und eine ist falsch gewesen. Musste neue Schraubendreher bestellen und die Einbau ist einfach. SSD funktioniert im augenblich einwandfrei.
