Ordering, shipping, and delivery process was straightforward and easy. However, after going through the installation and successfully completing the DFU onto new drive, I keep getting this error: "Unable to set startup disk/SDErrorDomain error 104". I contacted seller for replacement drive or refund since there are other options available on amazon and awaiting their response.

Got a 4tb for a MacPro. Got it and it slowly developed an error called a Kernel Panic within a month. Contacted them, worked with them to get it working, but they were slow to reply. Took over 2 weeks. In that time the situation got worse and the drive simply stopped working. They did honor the 1 year warranty, and they sent me a new drive. This one hasn't gone bad yet, but I'll let you know if that changes. Otherwise, since they did respond and gave no fuss about the problem they get 5 stars.

4TB SSD works well. Tools that came with the SSD are useless. Buy your own tools to install.

So far, it's great! Make certain you have magnetized screw drivers and a magnetized tray, both inexpensive but makes life avoid the black hole where socks resides.

The module seems defective - i wrote a mail to the service team days ago, but there is no reaction so far. I'm waiting ......
